Mt Everest Properties will be conducting a marketing programme on behalf of all Elliott Stables tenants to ensure that Elliott Stables becomes an established and
successful boutique gourmet food & retail precinct.

Annual Marketing Fund

All tenants will be provided with a full marketing plan & schedule. This will include costs, a copy of advertisements & displays, plus publication details. The marketing
cost will be apportioned amongst all tenants on a square metre basis, paid monthly by automatic payment.
